The Glue. The compressor at the master bus of every SSL E/G series console — same VCA, same circuit, in a 1U rack box. Used on more #1 records than anything else. 2:1 with a 0.1 ms attack and AUTO release for invisible bus glue, 10:1 for pumping aggression. The compression you hear and don't hear at the same time.
